Abstract

This article seeks to demonstrate that the intensification of the process internationalization of markets – globalization of the economy – coupled with  productive restructuring, that is, the technological and organizational modernization of enterprises, as a condition for lifting its competitiveness, disorganize labor markets and tend to prescribe permanent negotiation, company by company, by sector, either articulated between government x trade unions x entrepreneurs as a new political orientation of trade unions to defend worker´s interests. There is, thus, to a real revolution of labour relations, that the negotiated tends to overlap the legislated whenever the maintenance of jobs are threatened and since respected the fundamental guarantees provides to workers by CLT.
