Mathematical Modeling allows us to model situations, arising from the necessity in to understand and solve daily problems. This work has the goal to apply Mathematical Modeling, to solve the problem concerning in the productions of dapple hammocks, produced by a new double-loom machine existing in the textile hammocks production industry. The dapple hammocks are considered wasted, since they are unlikely to be sold, and must be transformed into carpets. The question on using this double-loom machine, is that the only way o compute how many thread will be putted in the spool, is the number of turns that the spool will give while the thread is beeing puted. In this sense, we applied Mathematical Modeling to find equations which provide the exact number of turns, in each spool, to produce a certain amount of hammocks in this double-loom machine.
