The article presents a documentary analysis of didactic materials intended for high school students and teachers, approved in the public notice of the National Book and Didactic Material Program - PNLD, in Mathematics and its High School Technologies, having as object the related contents Computational Thinking (CP). For this, the ten collections of Mathematics teaching materials approved in the PNLD 2021 public notice (each with six copies) and made available in schools, both the student version and the teacher version, were analyzed. In general, aspects related to the use of the PC can be seen in all works, however, it is important to note that the PC is essentially linked to the use of computing principles to solve problems in the various areas of knowledge, where students are not only tool users, but builders, therefore, the simple introduction of computational resources does not guarantee the effective development of the PC, as it also involves a change in the attitude of the teacher and the student in the teaching and learning process.
