This work aims to analyze the diversification of assessment instruments and their uses in specific disciplines of a Mathematics degree. To this end, semi-structured interviews were carried out with teachers who work in the Basic Training Center (NFB) of a degree of this type as a way of obtaining data. The qualitative analysis of these data was carried out based on the relationship of this information with the theoretical references that guide the study and according to indexers, which are guiding themes used to analyze the interviewees' statements, such as: teacher training, traditional assessment, assessment instruments and others. We conclude, therefore, that there is an interest on the part of teachers in diversifying their evaluation instruments, in addition to investing in academic training related to the topic of evaluation. However, it is important to highlight that as important as diversifying evaluation methods is changing the way of interpreting their results.
