Abstract

This article focuses on the intersection of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and inclusive advertising, investigating whether GenAI-based tools spontaneously promote social inclusion when asked to create advertising content. In addition to presenting a theoretical framework, an experiment is developed using ChatGPT tool to generate an advertising campaign, which is subsequently analyzed qualitatively from a technical and critical perspective. Results indicate that, although GenAI enhances advertising workflows, it alone isn’t capable of promoting inclusion in advertising.
