This paper presents an interdisciplinary approach using the robotic simulation environment RobotStudio as a tool to support the teaching of matrix theory within the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) methodology. By integrating mathematical concepts with practical applications in robotics, the aim is to promote meaningful learning for basic education students, emphasizing the importance of mathematics in the context of emerging professions. The proposed methodology highlights the essential role of the mathematical creativity in solving real problems, reinforcing the potential of this approach to promote critical and innovative thinking among students.
