In this article we will present a unified solution method for polynomial equations with degrees two, three and four through a relation between a given polynomial and the characteristic polynomial of a given Circulating Matrix. More precisely, we will prove that given a polynomial of degree less than five, it is always possible to obtain a circulating matrix through the previously mentioned polynomial equalities, and thus, using results from Linear Algebra and Complex Numbers, we will show how to determine the roots of the polynomial in question.
