The discussion about Distance Education gained greater proportion with the abrupt insertion of digital technologies at all levels of education, caused by the pandemic of COVID-19, in 2020. Expressing design, languages and educational and technological resources, Distance Education from the Laboratório MultiMeios from the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Ceará stands out, which has been consolidated for over 20 years. The teaching of the concept of Measure, in this proposal of Distance Education, is a theme that has been little explored, and this concept is usually approached without situations that can be generalized. In view of this, the objective is to outline a didactic design, for distance learning, of the concept of Measure, constituted in Moodle. The study is classified as exploratory, and a case study is carried out. Due to the fact of applying the Distance Education structured in the Sequência Fedathi, it was observed that the choice of tools in the virtual environments must take into account, mainly, the interaction, and that it is necessary to open space, as much as possible, for the students to speak. It was concluded that the content must be reorganized so that the conceptual part, the essence of the content, is worked on throughout the course, as a result of the Generalizable Situation taken.
