Pharmacokinetics is a branch of pharmacology concerned with the processes of drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion in the body. Mathematical modeling plays a key role in quantitatively describing drug behavior, contributing to the optimization of dosing regimens and the reduction of adverse effects. This study analyzes four classical compartmental models: one single-compartment and three multi-compartment models. For each model, systems of ordinary differential equations were formulated to describe drug concentration over time, and analytical solutions were obtained when feasible. Simulations were performed with varying parameter values to evaluate their influence on system dynamics. The results, presented through graphical analyses, support comparative assessments of the pharmacokinetic behaviors across different modeling scenarios.
