Abstract

The purpose of this text is to share with teachers, especially trainers, aspects that I consider relevant in my teaching experience. To this end, I have structured this paper into topics that provide some information about my family background, my journey of becoming a teacher, my experiences in teaching and training, and my appropriation of the reflective process. I conclude by thanking everyone who has been my partner on this journey.
