This article presents a didactic proposal that concerns theoretical methodological aspects of a master's research, in progress, on flat geometry problems arising from the Brazilian Olympics of Public and Private Schools (OBMEP), contributing to the improvement of mathematics teaching and insertion of new methodologies by teachers in the classroom. Thus, the objective of this work is to analyze how the Theory of Didactic Situations (TSD) can contribute to the teaching of concepts of plane geometry using an OBMEP problem, in the classroom, with emphasis on dynamization and visualization supported by the GeoGebra software. The didactic sequence was structured following the steps of the TSD (action, formulation, validation and institutionalization) which uses GeoGebra software as an essential tool in its didactic transposition. It is hoped that the union of these tools can be useful for student learning providing a didactic-methodological improvement in the action of the mathematics teacher.
