Systemic institutional evaluations have warned about the results of learning mathematical concepts. When it comes to students with autism spectrum disorder, the difficulty in concentration, among other aspects associated with this condition, can make schooling difficult, requiring the teacher to use different methodological strategies in order to offer the teaching of mathematics to these subjects of law. This study aims to identify how Immersive Virtual Reality Environments favor the teaching and learning of mathematics for students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. To respond to the objectives of the study, bibliographical, descriptive and field research was used with the application of a didactic experiment, organized in stages: bibliographical survey, diagnosis and development of an educational product. Which made it possible to verify the benefits in the teaching and learning of mathematics, with the use of a customized resource, in Virtual Reality, to the user in the spectrum. It is expected that the prototype will contribute to the development of inclusive pedagogical practices regarding the teaching and learning of mathematics content.
