The world went through a pandemic that started at the end of 2019, everything changed, we stayed at home and schools also felt these changes strongly, students at home, often having to share a computer or a cell phone only, the teacher at home, preparing his classes, realized that some teaching strategies had to be adapted to the digital environment, such as the production of classes, the form of teacher/student and student/student interaction, the time dedicated to questions and there was still a bigger challenge: evaluation. How do you think about assessment strategies in this context? How do you know if the students have really learned? The purpose of this article is to present the results of a qualitative study, the aim of which was to analyze how 32 teachers, who taught in mathematics degree courses and were teaching remotely evaluated their students in 2020. Among the results obtained were: the most commonly used assessment tools individually were: exercise lists; tests; online questionnaires; research work; video production and portfolios; in groups, the most commonly cited assessment tools were: research work; seminars; projects; video production and exercise lists.
