Utopia and decoloniality go hand in hand, bringing dreams and hopes from where one can draw a thought of action and change. In "The country of women", Gioconda Belli creates a scenario where the proposal is to seek solutions to weaken patriarchy, excluding men from public services and declaring that they work remunerated only in the domestic space. The general objective is to analyze whether there is the presence of a white-bourgeois civilizational feminism, and the specific objective is to reflect on whether that happens. The methodology adopted is bibliographic and qualitative. As results, the interrelationship between utopia and decoloniality is highlighted to transform consciences in favor of excluded and dispossessed subjects and thus, it is concluded that the "risk of the essence" in favor of women is built positively in the work.
