Abstract

the object of our reflection is the immaterial aspect that prevails in all works of art. In view of this reflective approach, our aim is to present some philosophical contributions applied to the artistic production of forró with Northeastern roots; which remains alive in a prospective way, because forró is yet to happen and can beckon us from the realm of language in the exercise of creative musical poetizing. The immaterial essence justifies the valorization of this pioneering art and demands the encouragement of multidimensional artistic creativity. This art has already been recognized at national level, but there is still a big fight for its recognition at international level as “Immaterial Cultural Heritage of Humanity”. However, in order to obtain plausible results in the artistic field, there needs to be strong investment in Brazilian educational policies, precisely through the Ministry of Education and Culture, through its bodies that promote teaching, research and extension, with quality public and democratic management, both in universities and in education networks in general, with a view to an authentic liberating, artistic and scientific education. Finally, the methodology used is qualitative-hermeneutic, based on an understanding of inhabit in the world of quaternity: earth and sky, divine (plural forces of nature) and mortal (ourselves in our existential-historical action). The theoretical-philosophical field revolves around the thought of Friedrich Nietzsche and Martin Heidegger, whose contemporary philosophical foundation demands a linguistic turn.
