Abstract

Abstract: This essay deals with the entry and exit of indigenous academics from the from the courses of the Insikiran Institute of the Federal University of Roraima (UFRR), focusing on the period of 2015 to 2019, that is, the years that preceded the social isolation due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. The courses offered are B.A in Intercultural Studies, Bachelor’s degree in Indigenous Land Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Indigenous Collective Health. The main objective of this research is to analyze the entry and evasion of indigenous students in Insikiran courses. The secondary data used in this study were obtained from the Office of graduate studies of Teaching and Graduation (PROEG), at UFRR, which resulted in charts and graphs that indicate the evasion of Insikiran courses deepened in a specific year of that series, but that generally do not exceed 10%, which is lower than most courses at the university.
