Representation of violent behaviors in intimate relationships among homosexual adolescents from the outskirts of Recife

Abstract

This work seeks, through the Theory of Social Representations in connection with Discourse Analysis, to identify the Social Representations constructed by homosexual adolescents from the outskirts of the city of Recife about violence in homoaffective intimate relationships. It is field research, with a qualitative approach and interdisciplinary nature, carried out with eight homosexual adolescents, using the techniques of participant observation, field diary and semi-structured interviews.
