It aims to investigate scientific studies from 2006 to 2021 that deal with changes in materials for teaching Mathematics to students with visual impairments. From a quali-quantitative approach a systematic review was used as a research strategy, having national periodicals in the areas of Special Education and Mathematics available on the Portal the Periodicals Capes as a source of data. Inclusion criteria were journals from the refereed areas, and journals with, different areas or that were not available for consultation on the Portal were excluded. 3401 were located and, after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, eight surveys werestudied through content analysis. Studies show that material modifications were made to teach concepts of the plane and analytical geometry, functions, and concepts about probability. The results show the scarcity of productions and point to the need to develop studies related to the elaboration of material resources that contribute to the appropriation of contents and inclusion of students with visual impairments in the process of teaching and learning Mathematics.
