READING MEDIATION IN SCHOOL BASED ON THE BOOK THE GREAT WORD FACTORY

This article points to the analysis of power dynamics, according to Michel Foucault, in the work The great word factory, by Agnès de Lestrade. Through the mediation of literary reading in the school space, this work aims to reflect on the power relations experienced in everyday social life. For this purpose, we used as research methodology the Reading Circle by Rildo Cosson (2021) and divided the work into two sections: a synthesis of the work with reflections on the concept of power, presenting its dynamics in a Foucauldian perspective along with the proposal reading mediation in a public school in Fortaleza-CE.
