Deporte escolar: lo médico, la ruptura con el conocimiento científico y su estrategia como parte del dispositivo de bio-poder

Pedagogy defined that through the curriculum the problem of cultural transmission can be solved, since this can ensure the transfer of what is valuable for a given culture from one generation to another. Based on this statement, this work seeks that, as Raumar Rodríguez Giménez (2012) pointed out, the reader can identify some of the characteristic elements that collaborated to configure a specific field of knowledge for education and teaching of the body, exploring the differences and specificity that are involved in their analysis; also investigating, in the effect of the scientific discourse on the set of concepts, prescriptions and practices that constitutes the education of the body, from the perspective with which the school sport is approached, which is still part of a bio-politics and the bio-power that has characterized pedagogical knowledge and modernity.
