Políticas de Gênero e Desenvolvimento em Cabo Verde

Abstract

Desde a perspectiva de interseccionalidades como a relação entre distintos eixos de poder, este artigo apresenta uma análisesobre gênero e desenvolvimento nas áreas protegidas de CaboVerde. Focalizaremos a perspectiva de mulheres moradoras emtrês áreas protegidas – o Parque Natural de Serra Malagueta, oParque Natural do Fogo e o Parque Natural de Monte Gordo – emrelação às ações governamentais e não-governamentais visandoo“empoderamento” das mulheres. Para tanto, a análise estáamparada em trabalho de campo desenvolvido no período entreoutubro e novembro de 2010 e na realização de entrevistas comdiferentes intervenientes nas políticas de desenvolvimento e populações alvo. Foram analisadas as formações e microcréditosoferecidos nos Parques.
