In this article, Francesc Pérez Amorós analyzes the normative responses of the Kingdom of Spain to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically in the field of labor law and social security. In order to demonstrate the state of the issue and Spain's normative proposals for the protection of labor and social security rights, the author conducts an extensive review of the relevant normative acts issued by the Spanish state. Additionally, this review extends to the legal context in the areas of international law, represented by the normative acts of the International Labour Organization (ILO), community law, regarding European Union norms, and autonomous law, concerning norms produced by the Autonomous Communities, legal entities that make up the decentralized organization of the Spanish state.
