El proceso comunicativo en Educación Infantil en tiempos de pandemia: una revisión bibliográfica

Esta revisión tiene como objetivo analizar estudios que aborden el proceso comunicativo entre la institución educativa infantil y sus respectivas familias durante el período de pandemia. La revisión se realizó en las bases de datos Web of Science y Scopus y se observaron de los pasos, en la primera se analizaron los resúmenes y en la segunda el texto completo, con base en los criterios de inclusión y exclusión definidos. La elegibilidad dio lugar a veintisiete estudios en los que se extrajeron y analizaron los datos. Se puede concluir que la comunicación con las familias fue fundamental para las prácticas de la primera infancia. Se reconoce que el uso de herramientas alternativas de comunicación personal ayudó a los maestros y a las familias a aumentar la frecuencia de la comunicación recíproca y a mantenerse comprometidos, pero se identifican familias sin acceso a los recursos necesarios, que dificultaban el proceso comunicativo y el aprendizaje del niño.
